All service concerns must be submitted within 48 hours of the service date and are subject to internal review and approval.

Each request is carefully reviewed by management. If a salon-attributable defect is confirmed and the case is approved, our first solution is to correct or re-perform the service at no additional charge, where reasonably possible, in line with UAE consumer protection requirements.
A refund may be issued only after approval and only if the confirmed defect cannot be reasonably corrected or re-performed.
All approved refunds are processed exclusively via bank transfer. Card or cash refunds are not available. Bank details will be requested once approval is granted.
To protect hygiene, safety, and quality standards:
Clients may not use external products unless expressly approved by the salon in writing.
If external products are used at a client's request, the salon is not responsible for outcomes related to those products.

This salon operates in compliance with applicable laws and
regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including consumer
protection, labour, penal, and cybercrime regulations, as well as
applicable anti-discrimination principles.
By booking an appointment, entering the premises, or receiving
any service, the client agrees to the following:
We maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service immediately if such behavior occurs.
We reserve the right to decline bookings, refuse service, or discontinue providing services to a client for operational reasons, safety of staff, repeated breach of policies, or incompatibility with professional standards. Decisions are applied objectively and without discrimination.
External products brought by clients are not permitted unless expressly approved by the salon. If external products are used at the client's request, the salon assumes no responsibility for the outcome.
Certain services require a mandatory consultation. We may refuse service where client demands are incompatible with professional practice, where risks exist, or where communication is confrontational or unreasonable.
Professional judgment is final.
Appointments must be confirmed according to salon procedures. Specific staff requests cannot be guaranteed and depend on availability. Unconfirmed or conditional requests may result in services not being performed.
We do not tolerate any behavior that harms staff wellbeing. Violations may result in immediate cancellation, refusal of future appointments, and/or a permanent ban.
Clients must keep public statements and reviews truthful and free from offensive language. Publishing defamatory or abusive content may lead to legal action under applicable UAE laws.
This policy balances client rights and the salon's right to protect its staff, business operations, and service quality. Decisions taken under this policy are lawful, proportionate, documented, and final.
Management retains the right to enforce this policy and make final decisions regarding service acceptance and continuation.

This policy applies equally to all clients and does not discriminate based on nationality, gender, religion, or any protected characteristic.

Para proteger la higiene, seguridad y estándares de calidad:
Los clientes no pueden usar productos externos a menos que sean expresamente aprobados por el salón por escrito.
Si se usan productos externos a petición del cliente, el salón no es responsable de los resultados relacionados con esos productos.
